Your service fee is shown on your quote up front, before you commit. On a 12-month contract it's up to 15% of your rent, depending on how your landlord is paid and how often you pay; shorter contracts are priced on your quote. Rents below SAR 20,000 add a one-off SAR 500, except on 6-month contracts. No interest, no hidden charges, ever.
Is Ejari Sharia-compliant?
Yes. Ejari is a Sharia-aligned rental service reviewed and certified by the Shariyah Review Bureau. We charge a transparent service fee — never interest.
Is Ejari licensed?
